CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA – A person was transported to the hospital via medical helicopter after a serious collision on I-81 late Thursday evening, abc27 reports.
According to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the collision occurred near mile marker 58.5 around 6:38 pm. The victim was trapped in the wreckage and needed to be freed before a medical helicopter could airlift them to the hospital.
