SWATARA TWP, PA – A driver fatally struck a pedestrian in front of an Applebee’s restaurant in Swatara Township on Saturday night.
CSB 21 reports that the incident happened shortly after 9 p.m. on April 25.
Authorities have identified the victim as James Blowe, 41.
