LNR General Accident 1

LANCASTER CO., PA – One person is in the hospital following a collision between a tow truck and a pickup truck on Friday, WGAL reports.

Authorities say that the crash happened shortly before 5:10 a.m. on May 1 on Lancaster Pike near Henrys Mobile Home Park in Drumore Township.

A pickup ran into a flatbed tow truck that was parked on the side of the road. The tow truck was carrying a minivan at the time.

Emergency responders took on person to an area hospital. We do not know that person’s identity or which vehicle they were in at the time. However, photos of the incident show that the pickup suffered heavy cabin damage while the tow truck’s damage was confined to its rear.

The Pennsylvania State police continue to investigate the crash.
