DAUPHIN COUNTY, PA – A teenager faces charges of DUI and aggravated assault, among others, in connection with a head-on collision in Steelton Borough, WHP580 reports.
The crash occurred on South Front Street in the early hours of Monday, March 23. 19-year-old Jonathan Hernandez-Durquiza was allegedly street racing when he crashed head-on into another vehicle. Four occupants of the vehicle, including a child and a juvenile, were severely injured.
Hernandez-Durquiza has been charged with DUI, reckless driving, aggravated assault while driving under the influence, illegal racing, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He currently awaits arraignment.
